TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (hereinafter — the "Agreement") govern the relationship between the Operator of the website lazafade.uz (hereinafter — the "Website") and the User when using the Website and the online booking service.

Using the Website means the User fully and unconditionally accepts the terms of this Agreement. If the User does not agree with the terms of the Agreement, they must stop using the Website.

This Agreement has been developed in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Electronic Commerce" and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Terms and definitions

This Agreement uses the following terms:

• Operator — TOJIBOYEV ABDULLAZIZ ABDULATIF O'G'LI, 51807017040065, the owner of the Website and the provider of barbershop services;
• User — any individual using the Website and/or the Website's services;
• Website — the website located at lazafade.uz, including all of its pages, services and functionality;
• Online booking service — the Website's functionality that allows the User to book barbershop services by filling out an electronic form;
• personal data — any information relating to a directly or indirectly identified or identifiable individual.

Subject of the Agreement

The Operator provides the User with the ability to use the Online booking service on the terms of this Agreement.

The online booking service allows the User to:

• view the list of barbershop services;
• choose a master, date and time for a visit;
• submit a booking request by filling out an electronic form;
• receive confirmation or notification of the request status.

Procedure for using the Service

To use the online booking service, the User agrees to fill out the form providing accurate information: name, phone number, the name of the master, the date of the appointment, and the type of service.

By submitting the form, the User confirms that they:

• have read and agree to the terms of this Agreement;
• have read and agree to the Privacy Policy;
• give consent to the processing of their personal data;
• the information they have provided is accurate and up to date.

The Operator may decline the User's request if inaccurate information has been provided or the terms of this Agreement have been violated.

Submitting a request does not guarantee an automatic booking. The Operator will contact the User to confirm the appointment.

Rights and obligations of the parties

The Operator agrees to:

• ensure the online booking service operates in accordance with the Website's functionality;
• process the User's personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy;
• take measures to protect the User's personal data.

The Operator has the right to:

• suspend or terminate the User's access to the Service if the terms of the Agreement are violated;
• change the terms of this Agreement unilaterally;
• transfer its rights and obligations under this Agreement to third parties.

The User agrees to:

• provide accurate information when filling out the booking form;
• not use the Website for any unlawful purposes;
• comply with the terms of this Agreement.

The User has the right to:

• use the online booking service on the terms of this Agreement;
• withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
• contact the Operator regarding matters related to the use of the Website.

Liability of the parties

The Website is provided on an "as is" basis. The Operator is not liable for any interruptions in the Website's operation due to technical reasons beyond the Operator's control.

The Operator is not liable for the actions of third parties, including hosting providers and services used to keep the Website running.

The User is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide.

The Operator's liability to the User is limited to 1 000 000 сум UZS.

Other provisions

This Agreement takes effect from the moment the User begins using the Website and remains in effect indefinitely.

The Operator may amend the Agreement unilaterally. The new version of the Agreement takes effect from the moment it is published on the Website, unless otherwise provided by the new version.

The applicable law is the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes are resolved in court at the Operator's registered location.

If any individual provision of this Agreement is found invalid, this does not invalidate the remaining provisions.
